#3 PARADISE: Death and the Afterlife

There is no shortage of music about death and the afterlife and perhaps because of the sheer output, we are bound to encounter some incredibly moving masterpieces. From the Spanish Renaissance with Juan Esquivel, to the early 20th century with English master Herbert Howells, to the contemporary era with local composer Peter Hallock, this program showcases the most hauntingly beautiful motets of the ages.
